It’s that time of year again! Time to plan, prepare, and organize for school. Whether you are the parent of a child attending school, a high school or college student, or a teacher – getting ready to head back to school can be pretty hectic.
One of the most difficult decisions everyone faces on a day-to-day basis is what to eat. So we are here to help you cross one of the most tedious jobs off of your to-do list… MENU PLANNING!
Planning your meals beforehand is a great way to reduce stress and even cut back on your grocery-list. Instead of scrambling around the house, digging through the pantry and refrigerator five minutes before you need to head out the door – take an hour or so once a week to sit down with your family and plan out what everyone wants to eat. Have fun with it!
